Everyone who works and is involved with Le Petit Dauphin Swim School truly believes that teaching children to swim is as important as learning to read and write. Our entire staff member has a passion for swimming and a commitment to children.
We are continually learning while teaching your children, and researching the benefits of early introduction into the water, which we would love to pass on to everyone. In our saltwater pools, wonderful things happen! Our program is based on the understanding of science and swimming. It enables every child to reach their full potential as soon as possible.
With Oregonians being such outdoor people, enjoying our wonderful coast, rivers and lakes, it is unfortunate that we have one of the highest counts of unintentional drownings in the United States. We wish to pass on our knowledge to parents and students. Not only is swimming a life saving skill, it is extremely beneficial to infants in their development, and a wonderful bonding experience for you and your child. You will be amazed at what your child is capable of in this wonderful aquatic world. For our adult swimmers, we are proud of you for taking this step.
